In accordance with the approved drawings, steel components are processed, cut, welded, drilled, and surface-treated, strictly following quality standards to guarantee dimensional accuracy and structural strength.

After production, each component undergoes inspection, testing, and anti-corrosion treatment. Qualified parts are classified, packaged, and stored as finished products ready for delivery.

The finished components are transported to the construction site, where modular assembly and erection are conducted efficiently. After commissioning and acceptance, the Bailey Bridge is officially put into use.
